Visas Ukraine
Remember to give yourself enough time to obtain your visa; depending upon your nationality this can take up to 8-10 weeks.
Visa requirements for entry into Ukraine vary from country to country. Citizens of Canada, the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, the USA & Japan do not require a visa for stays of 90 days or less.
Other nationalities do require a visa.
To obtain your Ukrainian visa you will need to submit the following documents to the Ukrainian Consulate (we can provide you with a list of locations).
PASSPORT
You will have to lodge your actual passport, which will remain at the Ukrainian Consulate until the visa is issued. It should have a validity remaining of at least 1 month after your exit date from the country. A full empty page is necessary in order for the Consulate to place the visa.
1. PASSPORT - TYPE PHOTOGRAPH
This should be similar in style to the usual passport
type photograph available from photo booths.
UKRAINE VISA SUPPORT DOCUMENT (INVITATION)
There are 2 types of visa applicable for your visit - Business or Tourist - the type you need will depend upon the purpose of your visit.
28 July 2010 update - Ukraine has adopted a new visa policy effective immediately. From today on, in order to process a Ukrainian visa support, we would need to make a valid, pre-paid hotel reservation for the period of time indicated in the visa support. Please note your visa support will be issued one day after the hotel reservation is made and confirmed so please take this extra processing time into account when processing a visa. Please note that even though double entry visa supports are available, the final decision on whether to issue a double entry visa is always up to the consulate. We suggest that you submit an itinerary clearly demonstrating a need for a double entry visa when applying at the consulate.
OTHER DOCUMENTS
Some nationalities may be required to provide additional documentation, please contact your nearest Ukrainian Consulate for an up-to-date list of these.

If you would like us to obtain the visa support for your visit please send us:
1. Completed order form (Online Visa Support Order Form)
2. A clear colour-scanned copy of your passport (which you can upload on the visa support application).
Once we have these documents we will process your application upon receipt of the applicable fees unless you have an account with us. When your invitation is ready a copy will be emailed to you.
If you require assistance or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us: visas@ctmslondon.co.uk
HOW YOUR VISA SUPPORT IS DELIVERED TO YOU
Once we have your invitation it will be emailed to you; however, some Ukrainian Consulates require the original visa support document when you lodge your visa application. You will need to check with them if they will accept emailed copies or need the original; if they want the original it will have to be couriered to you from Kiev. You will have to pay this courier fee. Only once you have this document you can then apply for your visa. Ukrainian visas are issued only for the dates mentioned on your invitation (which should match those on your application form.) You do not have the flexibility to travel on dates outside of the dates specified on your invitation/visa. To allow some flexibility we therefore suggest that you apply for extended entry/exit dates to allow longer than you actually need for your visit.
