Business Visas

There is only one service available for processing Saudi visas which takes 6 working days    

Remember to allow yourself enough time to obtain your visa and to make your travel arrangements

To obtain you visa you will need to submit the following documents:

Passport
You need to lodge your actual passport, which will remain at the Consulate until the visa is granted. Your passport should be valid for six months after your exit date from the country. Two adjacent empty pages are required to place the visa.

Passport-Type Photo
Please provide 2 recent passport-type photos on a light or white background.   

Visa Application Form
The Saudi Arabian application form should be fully completed and signed using black ink, applicants are also requested to sign and date both the Arabic and English declaration forms. The embassy will accept a scanned copy of the form.

Additional documents required:
Electronic Authorisation from Saudi Arabia.

The electronic authorisation must come from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia in a receipt format which will have to be submitted with all your other documents.

Women may be required to supply additional authorisation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

UK company letter:

The UK company letter needs to confirm your employment and the purpose of your visit to Saudi Arabia. This letter should include the inviting company details and the duration of your stay.  The UK company letter can be a copy 

All non UK passport holders should have proof of UK residential status in their passport.

Tourist visas

Electronic Authorisation comes from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This will be obtained by the visa sponsor of the person you are intending to visit in Saudi Arabia.

Copy of Birth Certificates of accompanying children

All non UK passport holders should have proof of UK residential status in their passport.

Birth certificates must be legalized by the Legalisation Office of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
