Malcolm joined ctms in 2006 when the company expanded into Europe and brings more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry.

 Malcolm started his career at BMI as a ticket desk agent.  He subsequently joined Aeroflot in London and 4 years later moved to Cathay Pacific Airways working in the fares and ticketing department. After his departure from Cathay Pacific, Malcolm joined a Travel Management company in the UK as their Managing Director. 

Malcolm administers the functioning of the UK office.  He has grown his team exponentially.  Now specializing in Eastern Europe and the Far East where the team organize exhibitions for large companies. His experienced team of account executives are able to handle any request.
